I'm interested in a Raspberry Pi 4 starter kit
This kit include a 16Gb mini SD card. Is it ok or too small to use Ubuntu-Mate?

That 16GB card will work perfectly well.
The Raspberry Pi page recommends 8GB as a minimum.
