I quite like 19.04 so far. Very smart!
I just noticed, though, that, if I minimise a window to the bottom panel in the Traditional layout and I click on any of the three menus (Applications Places System) in the top panel and then select something or simply unselect the menus, that most recently minimised window jumps up to the maximised state.
Any ideas?
