When i connect my ZTE MF190A modem it doesn't get detected most of the time.

Are those IPv4 settings automatically set?
I’m asking because Broadcast, subnet and default route all seem badly wrong to me.

Yes, IPv4 settings was automatically set when the os detects the modem.
