Move Munity to the bottom

Regular Ubuntu already allows to move the panel to the bottom. Ubuntu Mate, however does not seem to offer that functionality. Anyone knows how to do it manually?

Did you install Ubuntu MATE 16.04? First select Mutiny in MATE Tweak.

Then right click on the Mutiny panel and select Properties. In the following menu select Bottom.
