New devices can't connect to my ubuntu hotspot

After new fresh install of 19.10, every device could connect to my newly created wifi hotspot, but now no new device can connect even after entering the correct password and it keeps saying connecting in loop on those devices, only the previous connected devices could continue to connect to the hotspot but not any new one, I didn't change any config in my hotspot since it was created after the fresh install.
This is my current config

in the wifi tab, you need to select the device (it should pick up your mac addr)

I already tried it, it doesn't work, no new devices can connect to my hotspot, it's really frustrating, my hotspot was working with 18.04 LTS, but for this 19.10 it started working but after certain time it blocked all new devices from connecting to the hotspot, only the already connected ones continue to access to network.

I found that only old devices, like android 4.0.3, can't connect to my wifi hotspot created on Ubuntu Mate 19.10, I don't know the cause of the problem, all devices were able to connect with 18.04 LTS, is there some networking changes in 19.10 that I should considerate ?
