(I am running ubuntu mate 18.10 on the pi b+)
After I upgraded from 18.04 to 18.10, I could not open the minimized programs. When I click on the dock icon they just constantly blink. For example: if i open the terminal (it will work fine) and i click the terminal icon on the dock to toggle it to show, then the icon will start blinking and not stop. The only way for me to stop the blinking is to close the program.
This was not a problem with 18.04 but there was a not as bad problem with the 16.?.? version and the 18.04 but it was not that bad.
I know that it is possible to show and hide programs but i believe that the dock is just not doing it.
