I have a Pi 400 with 20.10 installed on a Sandisk Extreme 128 gb SD card and wireless mouse. It's working pretty well except that after waking the Pi from sleep the mouse does not respond though I do see the mouse curser on the login screen. Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Probably usb debug problem when waking. Try workaround disconnect and re-connect usb again. Similar problem in pluma with mouse wheel jumps, it solve this.
