I've run this install twice now to test that it does do this every time for me and I thought I would just make someone aware that it does this.
My system uses encrypted LVM and when you follow these prompts to autoremove these programs, the system fails to boot. I still have to try and figure out which of the programs on this list are necessary and which can actually be safely removed.
