I don't see time and date in the indicator bar. Herewith I have attached a screenshot. I'm using compiz.

between the two groups of icons on the middle and right of the panel is a very faint symbol, right click and see if it is locked, if it is, unlock it and then right click again and then on “move” and see what happens.
To add anything to the panel, right click the panel and then on “Add to panel” and you can select anything from the list!. 
I updated to Ubuntu Mate new version now the problem solved. Thank You
