Problem when turning off

hello guys im newbie in linux and i have a problem here it is my problem usually when i want to turn of my laptop i can’t turn it off and its give me this error:

You can open start-up applications (look in Preferences or Control Center) and uncheck at-spi. It’s only needed if you want accessibility features. See here:
