Raspberry Pi 3 with 16.04 keeps freezing

I have installed 16.04 to a 32Gb samsung microsd card and have tried a samsung 2a power supply and an anker 2.1a power supply. I have a usb keyboard and a bluetooth mouse, tried just ethernet and turning off wifi but I keep getting screen freezes where the system doesn’t respond and I have to reboot. I didn’t have this issue with 15.10 but the bluetooth didn’t work either.
The colour wheel square fades in and out, is this power related or something else ?

That is power related - it's an indicator of not having enough voltage. Either because the power supply isn't giving out enough power or the cable itself is at fault. A powered USB hub can help too to offload the power drawn by your connected USB devices.

I am having the same issues with freezing.

Regardless i am using the Raspberry pi 3 or the PC personal computer.

I still having the freezing issues with Ubuntu…

My mouse just freeze and everything is not responding… even the keyboard…

I have turn on and off the PC or the Rasp. Pi…
