I have a problem when try to remove noto cjk fonts by typing: sudo apt remove fonts-noto-cjk, after that in the terminal said: The following packages will be REMOVED: fonts-noto-cjk ubuntu-mate-core. Is that okay if i remove the ubuntu-mate-core?

ubuntu-mate-core is a metapackage, so more like a recipe of packages to install than a package itself. Usually is OK to remove them, but you may have trouble, especially with upgrades. If you do remove it, I’d be extra careful about watching for other packages that are being removed, and I’d recommend installing it again before upgrading to a new Ubuntu version. Since it’s the core metapackage, I’d probably not remove it personally.
