Restore a single file from "backup"

I am running 18.04. I did a full backup using Applications>Accessories>Backups of my 16.04 system on a remote drive.
When I start Applications>Accessories>Backups on my 18.04 install the options are greyed out.

I obviously (I think) want to click on the greyed out Restore button.

Any clue what to do?

Hi Fred,
Have you configured your storage location properly? Sometimes DejaDup don’t recognize previous devices, and you better try to select by “folder”.

Looking at the top right hand corner of your screen shot I noticed that “deja-dup” (this backup software) is turned off. What happens when you turn it on? :slight_smile:
