I installed rhythmbox from flatpak now, Iam tweaked my system with cupertino layout.
The global menu is missing for rhythmbox. Is there is any fix???????

I wouldn't bother with flatpaks and snaps (and the problems that may come with it at the moment) if there's a native build available which is precisely the case for Rhythmbox (It even comes bundled with Ubuntu MATE).
Just uninstall the flatpak and sudo apt install -y rhythmbox in a terminal to enjoy your global menu and hopefully a quicker launch than the flatpak version.
