Save contents of message I send to someone via a website

Sometimes I want to save the contents of a message I sent to a company or website. (As a reminder of what I sent.)

I use Firefox.

Is there a way other than doing a Print Screen?

If you run your email accounts through a local desktop client like Thunderbird, it will allow you to save as a file any email you send or recieve.

If you are sending email....then BCC yourself in the mail you send

Or if its already sent....via email.....go into send dir and forward the email to yourself

If you are messaging the company via a form on the website, Thunderbird isn't going to help. If the message is important, I often compose it in Pluma, paste it into the website and then save the Pluma file. If you need something more acceptable as legal evidence, then Screenshot is the way to go.
