Screen too small to access all of a configuration window

I have an ANCIENT Dell Latitude 2100 laptop. It came with Ubuntu 9.04 pre-installed and has been upgraded to various newer releases. Several years ago it was placed in service as a juke box in my workshop with my CD collection ripped to mp3 format and stored on the machine which was connected to a couple of powered speakers. At the time it had UM 14.02 which has since been do-release-upgrade updated to 16.04 and 18.04. It has been replaced with a Raspberry Pi 3B+ ins the same role. I am now doing a clean install of UM 18.04.

I have come across an issue which I once knew the answer to but have since forgotten. The display is 1024 x 600. As such if I call up the change background window I can not see the [Close] button. At one time I knew the key combination to allow me to move a window up above the top of the screen so that I could see the lower portion.

Would someone be kind enough to refresh my memory on the?

TIA,

Ken

I knew as soon as I asked the question I would figure out the answer…

Ctrl + Alt and drag the window up until the bottom of the window is visible.
