Hello all, I was wondering if there is a way to hover the mouse over an empty part of the desktop and switch workspace. I can do it in the panel but not the desktop. I have done it that way for years but this is the first time I have tried Ubuntu-mate 18.04. Thanks
I don’t think so. This falls under regular keyboard shortcuts and apparently you can’t register a mouse scroll action when editing a shortcut.
Edit: that said, if you are a heavy mouse user, there’s a way to set up something to make mouse switching easier. Just put the workspace switcher applet at the corner and you can then just send your pointer to the corner without looking and scroll.
