is it possibile to have an 3d effect wen I type Alt-Tab in Ubuntu MATE 18.04? I would very like to have the same effect like in this video:
You need to select Compiz as your Windows manager in Mate Tweak.
Install CCSM (compiz config settings manager):
sudo apt install compizconfig-settings-manager
Run Compiz Config from the menu and enable: Shift-Switcher (see the picture)
The default key mapping is Super+TAB but you can change it if you want to replace ALT+TAB.
Note: be very careful with the things you change in CCSM!
Keep in mind that Mate Tweak has a button to restore Compiz to it's default configuration.
