Theme Change After Start or Reboot

Hi all.
I have a issue with my Ubuntu Mate 16.04.
When start or reboot the system my theme is gone.
This is what happen to me:

This is my home folder.
PLease, some one help me?
Thanks guys.

If you log out and then back in, does the problem persist?

Hey Steve, thanks for respond.
When I log out I don't have any issue.

You may experience different results, depending on if you store your themes in /usr/share/themes or ~/.themes, and in regards to icons, /usr/share/icons or ~/.icons.

Generally, it’s better to go with /usr/share/themes and /usr/share/icons (if you’re not already). That way even privileged apps will be themed, and the themes will be available regardless of the state of your user account.

I would agree with Jay and suggest you copy the theme over to usr/share/themes and/or usr/shareicons. I have had similar problems when having a theme installed in the .themes folder and/or .icons folder in my home folder. This problem tends to disappear if the theme is put in the usr/share folders, as described above.

It seems to me like the mate-settings-daemon isn’t loaded correctly, have you changed anything at startup applications?

Thanks ThanosApostolou.
I think you’re right.
I stop this services:

Print Queue Applet
Orca Screen Reader
Welcome
Blueman
Backup
Tilda

I check all and now works.
I don’t know which service is, but now all work fine again.
Thanks so much guys.

Rather than stopping them completely, you could just delay them all a little bit to give your themes time to load. To do this, you would need to load them with various sleep command prefixes
