Ubuntu Mate 16.04 LTS:Tp-Link UE200 don't work

Hi I bought this pendrive to connect to the internet but Ubuntu 16.04LTS is not working. With the live Mate 20.04 LTS and other operating systems it works normally and the notebook connects.
Is it possible to integrate support for this usb pen in the next kernels?

Hi
Did you gave a try to upgrade your 16.04 kernel ?
You can do it manually (downloading and installing) or use something like "Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer" or "Ubuntu Kernel Update Utility"

I have this configuration:

Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
Kernel: Linux 4.15.0-101-generic
Architecture: x86-64

Which kernel version can I download to update and have support for the indicated pen eth? Do you have link of those utilities download? The utilities aren't free?
Thanks.
