Ubuntu mate and dtoverlays=dpi18

Hello, does the DPI parallel RGB works with ubuntu mate on the rpi3?
I want use for example overlay dpi18 or dpi24.

I tried to add the dpi settings on the config.txt but it does not work :frowning: ??
with raspbian it works fine.
