Underscope sorting with Caja

It very important for me to sort folders and files with a beginning underscope on top. I've arrived this on Ubuntu MATE 18.04 in a virtual maschine by adding

export LC_COLLATE=C

into ~/.profile. But this doesn't work when i install Caja on Xubuntu 18.04. For my the file manager is the most important app and i want to try caja on my normal system before i install a complete ubuntu MATE. How can i get underscope sorting work with Caja on Xubuntu?
