I noticed quite a few hidden folders under my home directory. The directory and any files are dated to last year.
Is there a way to find out if they are still being used and necessary?
Most of them are configs for apps and such. If you notice any named in reference to apps you no longer have installed, they should be safe to remove.
Physically they don’t take up much space on the drive so I don’t think it hurts to much just to keep them there, unless its just to cluttered for you.
