Upgrade fail with wrong message

Hi,
I got a message from my Ubuntu that I can upgrade to 22.x LTS. Everytime I click upgrade button, nothing happens. I tried with terminal an I got:

developer@vagrant:~$ sudo do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
Please install all available updates for your release before upgrading.
developer@vagrant:~

The crazy thing is, the only software I can upgrade is kubernetes and sorry, I will not do this.
And my Ubuntu is actualm no additional updates fot this System available.

Any idea?

Try sudo apt upgrade and reboot. Then after rebooting, try sudo do-release-upgrade again.
