USB Line6 Podxt live not detected by Alsa Ubuntu 18.04

Hello,
I’m trying to connect my line6 podXt live usb sound interface to my laptop.
The device is listed in lsusb
anton@anton-N24-25JU:~$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 009: ID 0e41:4650 Line6, Inc. PODxt Live
Bus 001 Device 008: ID 1e3d:2093 Chipsbank Microelectronics Co., Ltd CBM209x Flash Drive (OEM)

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0461:4d64 Primax Electronics, Ltd
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

But not detected as a sound interface

anton@anton-N24-25JU:~$ cat /proc/asound/cards
 2 [PCH ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
HDA Intel PCH at 0xdf220000 irq 129

I have an other laptop with the same ubuntu version and the interface is detected and configured out of the box.
¿Any Idea?
Thank you in advance

Hello againg:

I suspect that it has something to do with the USB 3 module as the laptop that works uses USB 2 uhci_hcd and in the other xhci_hcd. I can’t verify this as the bios doesn’t allow me to change the USB configuration.
To complete the information the mother board is N24_25JU with UEFI boot.

I’ve also upgrade the system to 18.10 but it doesn’t solve the problem.
