Hey Everyone,
I recently moved my email to Fastmail. What I have discovered is that their email, calendar and contact interface is really good. I was wondering if anyone new of a way to open a website as default app for email and calendar events? It all works on Thunderbird, but their web interface is pretty smooth.

Good question. Might be possible by creating a .desktop file that includes the relevant handlers. Just speculating.
In Firefox, certainly for gmail, you can get mailto: links to open in gmail in FF. See e.g. http://askubuntu.com/questions/182440/how-to-make-gmail-open-when-clicking-mailto-links-in-the-same-browser-it-is-cli
Not sure if this has many other options, but you could see.
