Every startup of my Ubuntu MATE instance on either VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop causes a crash. The system continues to run but this is getting annoying.
Fusion is using open-vm tools, Parallels uses their bespoke addons.
It seems to be an issue in either the window manager or in the interface to a virtual graphics system.
I've clicked on the "report this issue" maybe a 100 times.
Any hope of getting something done or do I move to KDE?
