Weather report 1.20.1 (Ubuntu 18.04) stopped working

There is a other topic related to this issue :

Clock applet has stopped showing weather information

I have use mate traditional theme and have clock applet fixed on the top middle of my screen. But since some days the applet has stopped showing weather info I tried rebooting the process but to no avail. Please suggest a way.

A solution is under development.
