Welcome and Boutique does not appear after update

Hello everyone, I updated my UM from version 16.04.5 to UM 18.04. All good except that neither Welcome nor Boutique appears, nor does the date appear in the menu bar.

I think I’ve solved it with:
snap install ubuntu-mate-welcome --classic
snap install ubuntu-boutique --classic
