HUD is enabled in MATE Tweak but I can’t find the keyboard shortcut to open it. Which is it?

@Bill_MI - huh! Is that how it works for you? It’s designed by default to respond to just tapping Alt once… I wonder if there’s a bug somewhere?
LOL! No, never used it except to see what it looked like once. I knew it had a timer associated with it and ASSumed wrong.

But then… I happened to test it on Firefox. It does seem to take twice in a strange way but there’s no content.
Yeah, Firefox is a weird one, and you need the global menu bar for Firefox to work.
Glad to hear it’s not a strange one-off bug (those are the worst!) 
I never have been able to get my HUD to work on MATE 18.04
