Hello everyone, i installed ubunto mate latest version and i have used another distros before so i have a very tiny idea about how it works and how command work . I was installing packages and suddenly there is no internet connection, i tried disconnecting and connecting then i tried network manager restarting and then rebooting but nothing worked , my internet still work on my other laptop where i have another linux distro but i have no idea what to do, please help , i have a project to work on for work.
@Adel_Owaida What model is your laptop? You could try connecting with ethernet and going to Menu > Administration > Welcome > Getting Started >Drivers and hitting ‘Install Firmware Package’. You could also click ‘Wireless, Bluetooth, and Other Devices’ and see if anything there helps you.
