I'm an Electrical Engineer and have worked in semiconductor development (mostly mixed signal for the mobile market sector) and most recently for the US Air Force in systems development and acquisition.

I have 4 RPi's that I use around the house; 2 for OTA TV and Media Management (one runs LibreELEC and the other OSMC); 1 for a Beer Fridge controller; and 1 for my Child's online learning (which is currently running Raspbian, since i'm having trouble with UbuntuMATE).

I've been tinkering with Ubuntu now for a while (~6 years) but mostly on my laptop as a second OS for a dual boot setup. I really like Ubuntu and hope to get smarter on UbuntuMATE running on a Raspberry Pi.
