Since childhood I’ve had a passion for computers and technology. In 1977 when I worked on my first Apple II at the tender age of 12 years, I was hooked!

I see the Raspberri Pi line of SBC's as a wide opened door to those who could not otherwise afford a computer for homework, general office work, social media, streaming and so much more. I use mine for all of those things.

My vision is to bring this little bad-ass to temporary disaster data processing centers, head-start programs, homeless shelters, battered women's' shelters, third-world country classrooms and many more such settings. As soon as Mate is finalized I will be doing just that.
