Masafumi is now leading the Raspberry Pi community in Japan and volunteering Raspberry Pi Foundation since 2012 from the farthest eastern country 'Japan.' Now, he is moderating the Japanese language category on Raspberry Pi's official forum.

Masafumi has also been contributing many other OpenSource projects for a long time.

Masafumi used to work for a Major Enterprise System Integrator in Japan for 19 years, Masafumi is now doing IT consulting business with Raspberry Pi all over the world looking into Asian areas (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, etc.) primarily for Enterprise users
