I'm a web designer and graphic artist who abandoned completely the sinking Microsoft flagship (Windows 7) a year ago, hanging on for a couple years before this only because of my daily use of Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop. I now handwrite my code in Bluefish and create graphics in GIMP. I'm a recent Ubuntu Mate user, coming to this distro from Lubuntu via CrunchBang (Debian). I dual-booted the latter along with Windows, learning to love Linux more and more....then seeing the Windows 8 disaster and Windows 10 debacle, I made the jump. Thank you, Linus Torvalds!
