When will the ISO version of Ubuntu Mate “16.10.1”? It would serve to put online many security updates that were released after the 16.10. Thank you

I don't know of any date (if any as it is only supported until July 2017!) but as long as you keep updating and how your update settings are set, it will always update the latest security/system updates so you don't need to worry!.

To the best of my knowledge, point releases are only given to LTS releases (like 16.04 and 14.04), which means that short term releases (examples being 14.10, 15.04-10 and 16.10) do not get point releases
