Was wondering if an app in the Boutique has a snap version which gets installed,deb or snap?
The Boutique is manually curated, and so I think it depends on the app, but it does support snaps now.
Not yet, the Software Boutique today still uses Apt operations. While Welcome and Boutique are distributed as snaps in 18.04, none of the application listings installs/removes snaps yet. This is planned for a future version which is not ready yet.
