I do not have one of these, but I do have a touchpad (external, via usb).

I visited the Kensington website and reviewed their information, including the product specification pdf-file.

My guess is that pointing (moving the cursor) and left and right clicking would probably work. The “extra” features that you get via the windoze and fruity special software may well be unavailable.
