I have updated my PC from 18.10 to 19.04 than to 19.10.
The update to 19.04 went fine. Checked the functionality than conitnued to the latest 19.10.
After the reboot the system started up. I see the login screen for 2-3 seconds than the PC resets and boots again, again to login screen and again resets (in a endless loop)
Booting the old 5.0-kernel from 19.04 works fine, booting the new kernel 5.3 via recovery than continue normal works also.
I think it is a amdgpu + kernel 5.3 issue, because via recovery the X only use VESA mode. With 5.0 the amdgpu startsup fine and a random steam game starts and looks good.
I'm not quit sure if the update system 'forgot' a update step. How can I validate the installation?
