20.04 Shutdown now turns into Reboot. Can't shutdown!

Issue started two weeks ago. Before everything was working perfectly. My laptop is an HP Probook 640 G1. The only things I have done in the last two weeks; update Ubuntu Mate every time that it was proposed and connect one more monitor to work better doing homeoffice.

The issue is that everytime I try to shutdown the laptop after 2 o 3 secs it reboots. It doesn't matter if I press the button of Ubuntu Mate or if I type it on the terminal. In order to shutdown the laptop I need to suspend it and then press and hold the physical shutdown button of the computer until it does it, which doesn't look optimal to me.

Any solution?

Solved. I disabled in the BIOS the USB 3.0 support and it worked.

This helped me a lot.
