v18.04 MATE new install
Well I had to move to an older video card for a few reasons but that's not the problem/issue
I thought I would (TEST) the Proprietary drivers to see if there was any big difference in anything noticeable
and there wasn't so I thought I would jump back to the OpenSource drivers and that is where the issue becomes a problem
Before going back to open source drivers...
then I went back to original open source drivers then this happens...
I loose one screen and a lot of errors on boot up...So I had to go back to the Proprietary Drivers
Not a problem for me (I will just reinstall at some point) but thought I needed to raise a flag.
