I use mutiny layout and i don’t want messenger and power indicators to be shown(and use my RAM also), so i remove them from startup, but next time i login - they are there again.
How could i turn them off without uninstalling?
@mdooley posted a possible solution in this thread:
sudo mv /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-messages/indicator-messages-service /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-messages/indicator-messages-service.disabled
sudo mv /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-session/indicator-session-service /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-session/indicator-session-service.disabled

Thanks, by saying power indicator i was meaning the battery icon, but it was the same for it.
P.S. Should i delete topic as it duplicates the topic in the solution?
I don't think you need to.
