I do not care for the volume indicator in my panel.
I want the old one that shows the percentage of the volume.
Can I get it back?

I agree, as a workaround I’ve added the PulseAudio volume control to the panel for when I need to set it to a percentage. I know I would rather have just one tool to do everything.
How would I do that?
I don’t remember if it is install by default or not, if it isn’t it can be installed from the software boutique
It is under sound and video, go into the applications menu then sound and video then right click on pulseaudio volume control and left click add to panel
