[ANSWERED] Adding uninstall to right click context menu

Hi guys,

Is there a way to add Uninstall to right click context menu in the mate menu? This is for applications. I believe cinnamon mint has something like this.

That’s a Mint special, which I have never seen in any other operating system.

I was never convinced by it because uninstalling a package should be (a little) difficult to do; in any case, all it did was to open the package manager from which the uninstallation would take place …

I deliberately removed the “package management” features from MATE Menu after running a community poll.
