Apt-get not finding what I want

I am running mate 1804 32bit. I use voxin with orca and voxin needs speech-dispatcher-ibmtts:i386 and apt-get cannot find it anymore. How can I get now?

I believe that file has been truncated might want to have a look here

scroll down towards the bottom and look at Ubuntu 18.04

Thanks but I think voxin has to use ibmtts. Harddrive crashed . I reinstalled ubuntu mate and now it is not to be installed? Was working all ok befor the crash. Hmm

Thanks again. Got voxin working. I was looking at that link and thought maby I dont need speech-dispatcher-ibmtts so I booted up a live usb and installed voxin without ibmtts and it is working.
