update-manager package gets stuck while searching for updates

Hi @pfeiffep,
keep changing your software sources download location when it happens, eventually it bites!. 
I simply killed it and waited for the bug to be fixed! I wasn’t sure if the announcements area was appropriate, nor help.

The issue causing the refresh to hang is fixed in the archive, so everyone should be able to upgrade without problem.
