Audio not working in Chrome

Hello guys I don't work audio with chrome and firefox it only works with headphones how can I solve it already tried with the audio settings but nothing to do can not be restored thanks to those who want to help me

The headphones work, yes? If you unplug the headphones, and plug the speakers in where the headphones were plugged, what happens?

It seems if the headphones work but the speakers do not from the same plug, then you have a problem with the speakers. I have forgotten to plug the speakers into the wall before, and also forgotten to turn the volume on the speakers up before.
