Audio Source Switching

Hi All, I would love to switch to Ubuntu MATE and I have actually switched a friend of mine from windows to Ubuntu MATE. He loves how his laptop doesn't take 15 minutes to open minecraft or a word processor anymore.

The only thing holding me back from switching is I need a quick way to switch audio sources similiar to the extensions "Volume mixer" or "Audio Output Switcher", does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi gazedo,

There is an audio switching PPA here. I’ve tested it in Ubuntu-Mate and it works fine.
Don’t know if that is what you need but it’s worth a look. – Good Luck.

Awesome! I saw that before but I just assumed it only worked for Unity.
