After running CentOS for a while (needed it for a study for work) I am glad to say that it is a relief to be back to UM 16.04.1.

Come again? Is that the Arc theme?

I had to install CentOS for work, but now I am done and am back to Ubuntu MATE. And yes, it is the Arc theme with Numix Circle Icons.
