What is the best ISO Writing program for Bluray ISOs? I have K3b but anytime I try to load a Bluray ISO it starts loading the ISO but after about 30 seconds the program just closes, with no error message. It will load DVD and CD ISO Images just fine. I have to reboot to Windows 10 and use Image Burn to burn Bluray Discs.

Brasero does not support Bluray Discs
You might try Xfburn. It's relatively new and incomplete, but the website indicates that Xfburn is able to burn ISOs. It might be worth a try.
